To change your diet, you need to create allies. You certainly cannot cut the sweets if the refrigerator or the drawers are full of delicacies. So, you must convince the whole family that you will enter a better nutrition program.
You also need to plan what you will eat the next day. It makes sense that if you work long hours away from home you should get a taper with your lunch. Otherwise, you will eat what you find in front of you as soon as you get home.
Weekends are a good time to cook some food or snacks that you will need during the week, but you will not have time to prepare them. We will come back in detail with recipes and ideas in the next article.
START THE EXERCISE
When it comes to gymnastics that requires more time, you need to find smart ways to exercise without depriving you of the little time you have left in your daily routine. To see what you could do:
A very good exercise is to climb stairs. So instead of taking the elevator to go home, go up the stairs. Do you live on the 5th floor? Even better. More exercise. This is what we want.
Do you want to go to the kiosk or the nearby grocery store? Go for brisk walking or cycling. Use short distances to exercise. Today it is cold, so you do not go out? Wrong, dress thicker and leave the excuses.
I am locked up at home and cannot exercise. Wrong, there are many mobile applications that work as a personal trainer. You choose a fitness program from the application, set goals, control how many calories you burn and keep a diary of how often you exercise.
Dumbbells are also a good solution. Where you relax and watch TV at night, you can do some exercises for shoulders, back and arms at the same time.
On the weekends, aim for 2 hours of aerobic exercise outdoors, to rejuvenate you and refresh you. You can go for bicycle or for running or for walking. Even for rollers!
